Linear Dosing cup Placement (Low Speed)

OVERVIEW

'NPM' Automatic linear Measuring/ Dozing Cup Placement & Pressing machine is highly efficient machine with elegant look, consists of conveyor, vibrator, Bottle Delay Drive, & pressing plate. The machine is precision built on sturdy welded MS frame completely enclose in stainless steel sheet and doors are providing to facilitate the servicing of machine. Containers received from the previous machine are then travelling on slat conveyor towards cup placement and pressing station. Equal distance between two containers is maintained with the help of a delay device. Cups are loaded in the vibratory bowl type feeding system and brought to the placement and pressing station with the help of delivery chute. Containers are further hold firmly between moving side belt device for placement of the cups. While travelling containers are taking cups from the chute and subsequently being pressed to the required accuracy in top pressing belt device. Containers then moves for the next operation.
