Automatic filling − inner plugging − screw capping m/c is used to fill up the liquid in the containers, to insert the inner plug in the liquid filled containers & cap on the neck of the liquid filled containers. Controlling panel by PLC. The unit is fabricated on rigid MS structure and covered with SS Sheet to meet GMP requirements. All three operational stations are housed in a common acrylic cabinet to provide safe working zone. The containers are poured in bottle oriental randomly. The containers flowing through the bottle chute to small Infeed star wheel. The mechanism of the small wheel adjusts the bottle position and feed it toward the Transfer 1 system. The filling star wheel takes the container with it. Bottle Sensor will work when machine will be in auto mode .when bottle will pass through filling star plate then it will sense by the Bottle sensor then start the Filling and Nitrogen flushing arrangement. so ‘No bottle − no filling‘’ is executed. The filling star wheel is driven by induction motor to impart intermittent rotary motion. Due to intermittent rotary motion, the container gets stopped for a certain period of time during its travel with filling star wheel & during that period of time, filling operations are performed on it. As the container is brought below the nozzle, liquid is filled up in it by the The peristaltic pump makes the liquid flow into the container through the nozzle. The peristaltic pump is given rotary motion by peristaltic Drive. The peristaltic pump sucks the liquid during rotary motion stroke & ejects it into the container through the nozzles. After filling, the containers going toward to the inner plugging station through Transfer - 2 system then the inner plug is inserted in the liquid filled container with the help of inner plugging head. After inner plugging, the container is going toward screw capping station. the cap is simply placed on the inner plugged container with the help of screw capping head The inner plugs & caps are poured in the respective cap bowls & brought to the respective cap release assembly through the delivery chute as per the required orientation.
