Auto Sticker Two Side Labeling (For Odd Bottles)
OVERVIEW
NPM's Automatic Vertical two side flat Sticker Labeling Machine NASAL-100 is one of the most users friendly labeling equipment for two-sided labeling on different shape containers. The container coming through the infeed conveyor is fed into the wheel through the worm and passed further into the first labeling zone.
The machine commences its operation when the product sensor senses the product and then, the label dispenser releases the label. The label is applied on the flat surface of the container and then it is passed ahead to the out-feed star wheel where second side labeling will be done by the same procedure of second label operator. The labeled containers move further on an outfeed conveyor for downstream operation.
